i had an fantastic stay! the staff were very accommodating and even gave us a room to shower after we checked out. my daughter felt ill and they provided a wheelchair quickly. the staff themselves were amazing and helpful throughout our entire stay!
The furniture felt dated, and there were a few minor issues such as broken cabinets. the ac in the bedroom wasn't working properly. I found this inconvenient.

The apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave, great for preparing snacks. The separate living area allowed space to relax! there was a balcony that offered views of the surroundings.

The hotel is close to the beach. You can easily walk there in minutes! i loved the proximity to the sea though the parking was expensive. nearby shops and restaurants offer convenient options for dining and shopping.

the staff was friendly and helpful i found the check-in process quick and smooth. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished i got a great night's sleep. housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay i thank mahmod hamdy ahmad alam eldin mahmod reda ahmad moaz and ismail.

Staff was very helpful, especially Mahmoud from reception. The room was nice. Pools and restaurants were clean. I will return to this hotel.
The air conditioning did not work properly in the bedroom. I had to call several times, but they did not fix it.
